What did you use to create the "almost 4-inch circle"? Was it your circle scissors plus? A Nestabilities die?Thanks!
Unfortunately, I don't have the Circle Scissors Plus :( yet! That would be an ideal tool to cute the circle.I had to use an old CM circle cutter.
