Monkey Swinging From Vine Birthday Card

Two variations of the same card. The first one is super easy. And Economical and quick--all important when mass producing something. The second one adds more layers (1/4" was removed from all four sides of the first card, and then it was adhered to a 4 x 5.25" chocolate chip cardstock) and also some dimension with the pop up monkey face (monkey was stamped in chocolate chip on creamy caramel cardstock and then cut out). If you have noticable sponging in the monkey face, this is a good solution for fixing it.

Here's a video for how to create the first card.

Lisa,

I wanted to let you know that your blog is my new FAVORITE blog! From what I've seen, we have a lot of similar tastes, except you have the creative talent and I have the need to copy! I'm loving your designs, techniques, and the thoroughness of your tutorials. BTW, I am 35, also a Believer and am homeschooling our 3 daughters. Thank you for all you do. I appreciate you.
